Our Turnkey Move-In Concierge provides dedicated full-day support for approved move-in projects such as furniture assembly, TV and wall mounting, window treatments, storage installation, smart-home setup, hardware adjustments, and other eligible punch-list items. Prioritize your needs when booking and we'll coordinate the day's work to make the greatest possible progress on your home.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t charge cancellation fees—life happens! All we ask is a little mutual time-respect. Just like you expect us to show up on time and ready to roll, we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Larger projects or material-intensive work may require a deposit or other payment terms, which will always be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
