Complete replacement of your existing standard toilet.
Service Description
Replace an existing standard floor-mounted toilet with a customer-supplied replacement. Service includes removal of the existing toilet, preparation of the existing connection, installation and sealing of the replacement toilet, reconnection to the existing water supply, and final flush and leak testing. Pricing assumes a serviceable flange, shutoff valve, drain connection, and surrounding floor. Plumbing or subfloor repairs and specialty toilet installations are not included.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t charge cancellation fees—life happens! All we ask is a little mutual time-respect. Just like you expect us to show up on time and ready to roll, we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Larger projects or material-intensive work may require a deposit or other payment terms, which will always be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
