Service Description
Restore the performance of a running, slow-filling, or unreliable toilet with replacement and adjustment of eligible internal tank components. Service may include the fill valve, flapper or flush components, tank hardware, and operating adjustments as appropriate. Includes basic operational and leak testing after service. Cracked porcelain, drain clogs, flange problems, shutoff-valve replacement, and other plumbing repairs are not included.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t charge cancellation fees—life happens! All we ask is a little mutual time-respect. Just like you expect us to show up on time and ready to roll, we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Larger projects or material-intensive work may require a deposit or other payment terms, which will always be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
