Planning a project that needs more than a standard estimate? We’ll spend dedicated time on-site reviewing your goals, existing conditions, measurements, project requirements, material considerations, and potential next steps. Ideal for custom carpentry, complex repairs, multi-area projects, or projects where the final scope still needs to be developed.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t charge cancellation fees—life happens! All we ask is a little mutual time-respect. Just like you expect us to show up on time and ready to roll, we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Larger projects or material-intensive work may require a deposit or other payment terms, which will always be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
