Service Description
Refresh your space with professional installation of an eligible customer-supplied light fixture or ceiling fan at an existing location. Service includes removal of the existing fixture, assembly and installation of the replacement, and basic operational testing. Pricing assumes compatible existing wiring and a suitable electrical box. New wiring, relocated fixtures, electrical troubleshooting, box modifications, or other work requiring a licensed electrician is not included.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t charge cancellation fees—life happens! All we ask is a little mutual time-respect. Just like you expect us to show up on time and ready to roll, we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans change. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Larger projects or material-intensive work may require a deposit or other payment terms, which will always be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
